SUMMARY:

• ✅ 30% deposit upon booking.
• ✅ Balance payment 7 days before arrival.
• ✅ Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, card, Stripe, Revolut, PayPal, Wise.
• ✅ The guest will bear all commissions.
• ✅ Cancellations for serious or health reasons: the guest will receive a voucher valid for 12 months for the amount paid.
• ⚠️ WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING TRAVEL INSURANCE.
• ✅ Changes of date or unit: a fee of €10 will apply for each modification.
• ✅ House rules: Guests must respect community rules, rest times, and neighbors. 
• In case of non-compliance, they will be evicted without any refund.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

SKOL APARTMENTS MARBELLA HOLIDAYS (official company name VINCYDAN SL, CIF: B09994914), with professional address at loc. 5, Avda Ricardo Soriano 45, Ed. Balmoral, 29601 Marbella, SPAIN, accepts reservations as a booking agent and vacation apartment management company. Your reservation is subject to the terms and conditions of the service provider.

Legal notice:

The role of SKOL APARTMENTS MARBELLA HOLIDAYS is that of "booking agent". Our team will assist guests in choosing their accommodation, but the rental agreement will be directly with SKOL APARTMENTS MARBELLA HOLIDAYS.

While we try to ensure that the descriptions and photographs of the properties on our website are accurate, we cannot guarantee them 100%. 

We reserve the right to change the reservation to another similar apartment if necessary.

We are not responsible for missing, damaged or malfunctioning items in the accommodation. Guests accept these conditions when booking with us.

All our apartments are part of a community of owners, residential buildings, so we are not to be held responsible for any noise caused by works in the building by the community or any other owners in their own apartments or in the neighborhood by the local authorities, there will be no relocation nor refund nor reimbursement for any disruption caused by external noise.

Reservations and Payments

• 📌 The reservation will only be effective after receipt of a written confirmation/invoice by the agency.
• 📌 30% deposit of the total accommodation upon booking (non-refundable).
• 📌 Reservations less than 7 days before arrival: 100% payment of the amount upon booking.
• 📌 Accepted payment methods:
  • ✅ Bank transfer
  • ✅ PayPal (3% commission)
  • ✅ Visa/MasterCard by phone (2% commission)
  • ✅ Revolut
  • ✅ Payment through our website: www.skolapartmentsmarbella.com
• 📌 Balance payment: must be made at least 7 days before arrival.
  • 🔹 It will be automatically charged to the same card used for the deposit.
  • 🔹 If you wish to pay by another method, you must inform us 1 week in advance.
  • 🔹 If payment is not received on time, the agency may cancel the reservation and the client will lose their deposit.
• 📌 All payments (deposit and balance) are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• 📌 Cancellations and modifications:
  • 🔹 In case of force majeure, a voucher valid for 12 months will be issued for the amount paid (deposit or total).
  • 🔹 Changes of date or unit: A fee of €20 will apply per modification.

House Rules and Responsibilities

• 📌 Respect for the community:
  • ✅ Community rules, rest times and neighbors must be respected.
  • ✅ In case of non-compliance, the guest will be evicted without refund.
• 📌 Cleaning and damages:
  • 🔹 The apartment must be left in the same condition as it was found.
  • 🔹 A fee of €100 may apply in case of damage or additional cleaning.
  • 🔹 Additional charges:
    • ✔️ Leaving garbage in the apartment: €20
    • ✔️ Stained towels: €10 per towel
• 📌 Availability of properties:
  • 🔹 If for any reason the reserved unit is not available, a similar or superior alternative will be offered.
• 📌 Security and responsibility:
  • ✅ SKOL APARTMENTS MARBELLA HOLIDAYS is not responsible for:
    • ✔️ Accidents or injuries during the stay.
    • ✔️ Theft or loss of personal belongings.
• 📌 Travel insurance: It is strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance.
• 📌 Claims:
  • If you have any problems during your stay, you must immediately inform the local manager or service provider.
• 📌 No subsequent claims will be accepted if they have not been notified during the stay.
• 📌 Legal jurisdiction:
  • 🔹 These conditions are governed by Spanish law and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Spain.
• ⚠️ IMPORTANT: If you decide not to purchase travel insurance, you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for incidents such as accidents, injuries or loss of belongings.
