The apartment
A 2-bedroom on the 8th floor of the Skol B block β just refurbished in full, all on one level (no stairs inside), light and calm throughout. Both bedrooms have two single beds that push together to make a super-king, so it runs as two doubles for couples and friends or four singles for a family with two kids. A sofa bed in the lounge sleeps the fifth guest. One bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Open-plan kitchen with coffee machine, oven, microwave and fridge. Air conditioning and heating, super-fast fibre WiFi β fast enough for leisure, working holidays or what the page itself calls "mini sabbaticals". Large south-facing terrace with sun all day, sea views, and enough space for al fresco dining and sunbathing both.
Three pools set in the tropical gardens β a shallow kids' pool (40cm), a 140cm pool for playing, and a 2m pool for proper swimming. Sun loungers β¬3 per day.
The location
Avenida Arias Maldonado 16 β the heart of central Marbella, right on the Paseo MarΓtimo promenade.
Step out and you're on Fontanilla beach. Marbella Old Town is a 10-minute walk. Family-run tapas bars, chiringuitos and supermarkets all at your doorstep. No car needed β and the dog can do the promenade with you.
Mid-June into July is the Marbella sweet spot: sea at 21Β°C and warming, sardine espeto season at peak, San Juan night on Fontanilla beach on 23 June, and the Starlite festival open at the old marble quarry from 19 June.

Q: How does the layout sleep 5?Β
A: Both bedrooms have two single beds that push together to make a super-king β so you can run it as two doubles or four singles. Plus a sofa bed in the lounge for the fifth guest.
Q: South-facing β what does that mean in practice?Β
A: The terrace catches the sun from morning to evening. Even in winter it's the warmest orientation in the building, and in summer the sea breeze keeps the terrace usable all day.
