The apartment
A recently refurbished 2-bedroom duplex on the 5th floor of the Skol building, split over two levels. The main bedroom has two single beds that push together to make a super-king — couple, or two friends, you choose. The second bedroom has bunk beds for the kids. One bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, oven and microwave. Air conditioning and heating, super-fast fibre WiFi. Large west-facing terrace with afternoon sun, looking out over the pool and tropical gardens.
Three pools set in the tropical gardens — a shallow kids' pool (40cm), a 140cm pool for playing, and a 2m pool for proper swimming. Sun loungers €3 per day.
The location
Avenida Arias Maldonado 16 — the heart of central Marbella, right on the Paseo Marítimo promenade.
Step out and you're on Fontanilla beach. Marbella Old Town is a 10-minute walk. Family-run tapas bars, chiringuitos and supermarkets all at your doorstep. No car needed — and the dog can do the promenade with you.
