The apartment

A 1-bedroom duplex loft on the 7th floor of the Skol A block β€” west-facing, with the open-plan bedroom upstairs looking straight out at the sea. Two single beds upstairs that push together for a super-king, and a double sofa bed in the downstairs lounge β€” sleeps 4. One bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, oven and microwave. Air conditioning and heating, super-fast fibre WiFi. Large west-facing terrace with sea, promenade and beach views β€” built to sunbathe, eat al fresco, watch the world go by, or turn into an Office With a View. Top floor of A block means no apartment above β€” the quiet is real and the view stretches further than from any flat below.

Three pools set in the tropical gardens β€” a shallow kids' pool (40cm), a 140cm pool for playing, and a 2m pool for proper swimming. Sun loungers €3 per day.
