The apartment
A top-floor corner 1-bedroom on the Skol C block — open-plan, tastefully done, holiday-mode the moment you step in. Two single beds in the bedroom that push together to make a super-king, and a double sofa bed in the lounge for the kids or an extra guest. One bathroom with a bathtub — rare across the building, and a real treat after a beach day.
Open-plan kitchen with coffee machine, oven, microwave and fridge. Air conditioning and heating, super-fast fibre WiFi. Large south-west terrace — afternoon sun, sunset over the Mediterranean, built for long lunches, weekend escapes, or working with the sea in front of you.
Three pools set in the tropical gardens — a shallow kids' pool (40cm), a 140cm pool for playing, and a 2m pool for proper swimming. Sun loungers €3 per day.

Avenida Arias Maldonado 16 — the heart of central Marbella, right on the Paseo Marítimo promenade.
Step out and you're on Fontanilla beach. Marbella Old Town is a 10-minute walk. Puerto Banús is 6km — walkable along the seafront, by bus or by boat. Family-run tapas bars, chiringuitos and supermarkets all at your doorstep. No car needed.
