The apartment
A just-refurbished 1-bedroom duplex on the 2nd floor of the Skol A block β open-plan, west-facing for the afternoon sun. Upstairs, a super king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Downstairs, a double sofa bed in the lounge plus a separate cloakroom and WC β so whoever's on the sofa doesn't have to climb the stairs at night.
Open-plan kitchen with coffee machine, oven, microwave and fridge. Air conditioning and heating, super-fast fibre WiFi. Large west-facing terrace with sea and tropical-garden views β built for al fresco lunches, sundown beers, or working with the Mediterranean in front of you.
Three pools set in the tropical gardens β a shallow kids' pool (40cm), a 140cm pool for playing, and a 2m pool for proper swimming. Sun loungers β¬3 per day.
This apartment is for adults and children over 12 β there are stairs in the duplex, so it isn't suitable for limited mobility.
The location
Avenida Arias Maldonado 16 β the heart of central Marbella, right on the Paseo MarΓtimo promenade.
Step out and you're on Fontanilla beach. Marbella Old Town is a 10-minute walk. Puerto BanΓΊs is 6km β walkable along the seafront, by bus or by boat. Family-run tapas bars, chiringuitos and supermarkets all at your doorstep. No car needed.

FAQ
Q: What does the en-suite layout actually mean? A: Upstairs is the bedroom with its own bathroom β no traffic jams in the morning. Downstairs is the lounge with a sofa bed and a separate cloakroom and WC, so whoever's on the sofa has their own facilities too.
Q: Is it suitable for young kids? A: Not really β over 12s only, and there are stairs. We have other Skol apartments that are better set up for little ones.
Q: Can we bring the dog? A: Yes β pets are welcome. Just add them to your booking.
