The apartment

A bright corner 1-bedroom on the 1st floor of the Skol building. Being a corner unit, you get an extra window and a wider terrace — more light, more air, more view. Two single beds in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge — sleeps 4. Bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Open-plan kitchen with coffee machine, oven, microwave and fridge. Air conditioning and heating, super-fast fibre WiFi. Large terrace with sun loungers — morning sun, sea views, and the tropical gardens right outside the door (past guests keep coming back for that garden).

Three pools set in the tropical gardens — a shallow kids' pool (40cm), a 140cm pool for playing, and a 2m pool for proper swimming. Sun loungers €3 per day.

Avenida Arias Maldonado 16 — the heart of central Marbella, right on the Paseo Marítimo promenade.

Step out and you're on Fontanilla beach. Marbella Old Town is a 10-minute walk. Family-run tapas bars, chiringuitos and supermarkets all at your doorstep. No car needed — and the dog can do the promenade with you.
