This is an open plan 4th floor West facing duplex with 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a sofa bed in the lounge, 1 bathroom with bath and separate toilet, air conditioning, terrace with views to the mature tropical gardens, sea and beach, ideal to relax, dine al fresco or work remotely with some impressive views.

Skol Apartments Marbella is self-catering apartments set beachfront on the central Marbella boardwalk with all services and amenities nearby. We offer a wide range of studios, 1-2-3 bedrooms apartments. They're all fully furnished with the equipped kitchens as well as air con, heating, wifi, a balcony with sea views, welcome pack and 24/7 reception and attention.
Ideal for families, groups of friends, couples and singles.
There are 2 large swimming pools, one with a children's shallow area. Please note there is a small charge (currently €3.00 per day) for the use of the sunbeds in the garden and around the swimming pools.

The neighborhood is very cosmopolitan and friendly.
We offer private transfer from the airport from 70€ each way, alternatively, there is the airport bus to the marbella bus station at 7€ each way per person and then a taxi from bus station to Skol Apartments for 8-10€ each way for up to 4 people.
bus stop is 300 metres away on the main road, if you come by car we have parking available from 10€ per night
