A light, modern 1-bedroom on the 5th floor of the Skol building, just refurbished. Two single beds in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge — sleeps 4. Bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, oven and microwave — properly set up for self-catering. Air conditioning and heating, super-fast fibre WiFi. West-facing terrace with afternoon sun, looking out over the mature tropical gardens to the beach beyond.

Three pools set in the tropical gardens — a shallow kids' pool (40cm), a 140cm pool for playing, and a 2m pool for proper swimming. Sun loungers €3 per day.

The location

Avenida Arias Maldonado 16 — the heart of central Marbella, right on the Paseo Marítimo promenade.

Step out and you're on Fontanilla beach. Marbella Old Town is a 10-minute walk. Puerto Banús is 6km — walkable along the seafront, or by bus or boat. Family-run tapas bars, chiringuitos and supermarkets all at your doorstep. No car needed.
