The apartment

An open-plan ground-floor loft on the Skol A block β€” recently redecorated in light, calm tones. Your front door opens onto the building's elevated garden passerelle, so you walk straight out into greenery (no patio of your own, but the garden does the work). Inside, big windows pull in the afternoon sun across the open-plan downstairs.

Queen-size floor bed in the bedroom and a large sofa bed in the lounge for kids or an extra guest β€” sleeps 4. One bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There's a sleeping loft above the main living area. The loft ceiling is 160cm (5'3") β€” so it works for kids who'll love it as a den, or couples / solo guests happy to duck. Tall guests should be aware before booking.

Open-plan kitchen with coffee machine, oven, microwave and fridge. Air conditioning and heating, super-fast fibre WiFi.

Three pools set in the tropical gardens β€” a shallow kids' pool (40cm), a 140cm pool for playing, and a 2m pool for proper swimming. Sun loungers €3 per day.

The location

Avenida Arias Maldonado 16 β€” the heart of central Marbella, right on the Paseo MarΓ­timo promenade.

Step out and you're on Fontanilla beach. Marbella Old Town is a 10-minute walk. Family-run tapas bars, chiringuitos and supermarkets all at your doorstep. No car needed β€” and the garden passerelle is the easiest dog-walk you'll ever have, two steps from the front door.

Mid-June into July is the Marbella sweet spot: sea at 21Β°C and warming, sardine espeto season at peak, San Juan night on Fontanilla beach on 23 June, and the Starlite festival open at the old marble quarry from 19 June.

Q: 160cm loft ceiling β€” how does that actually work?Β 

A: The loft is for sleeping or hanging out β€” most adults can't stand fully upright in it (160cm = 5'3"). Kids love it as a den. Couples sleep up there happily. Tall guests should book the downstairs space and use the loft as storage or pass on this apartment for one of our other 1-beds.

Q: What does "direct garden access" mean?Β 

A: Your front door opens onto the building's elevated garden walkway β€” you step out into greenery rather than a corridor. No private patio, but the garden is essentially your front yard.

Q: Can we bring the dog?Β 

A: Yes, with prior arrangement β€” please ask when you book and we'll confirm. The garden passerelle is brilliant for morning walks.
