The Apartment

1-bedroom apartment on the 5th floor of the Skol B block. Recently refurbished throughout and flooded with light from all angles. One bedroom with two single beds that push together to make a super-king, plus sofa bed in the lounge for the fourth guest.

Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge. Air conditioning + heating, super-fast fibre WiFi — ideal for working holidays or a proper escape. South-facing balcony catches afternoon sun all year and overlooks the three pools, tropical gardens, and sea beyond. Walk-in shower bathroom.

5th floor with lift access. 24/7 reception on the ground floor — actual humans, not a code on a key safe. Three pools in the tropical gardens: kids' (40cm), playing (140cm), and a full 2m pool. Sun loungers €3/day.

Avenida Arias Maldonado 16 — heart of central Marbella, right on the promenade.

Step out and you're on Fontanilla beach. Two-minute walk to the sand and the sea. Marbella Old Town is an 8-minute walk through Avenida del Mar — family-run tapas bars, supermarkets, cafés, pharmacies, life — all walkable. No car needed. Paseo Marítimo promenade is on your doorstep.
