A 2nd-floor apartment in the Skol building, west-facing for afternoon sun. One bedroom with two single beds, plus a sofa bed in the lounge. Bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Recently refurbished open-plan kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine. Air conditioning, central heating, fibre WiFi. Terrace with beach views — the spot for the afternoon sun.
Two pools downstairs, one with a shallow area for kids. Sun loungers €3 per day.

Avenida Arias Maldonado 16 — the heart of central Marbella, right on the promenade.
Step out and you're on Fontanilla beach. Marbella Old Town is a 10-minute stroll; Puerto Banús is 6km — on foot, by bus or by boat. Tapas bars, supermarkets, cafés and pharmacies, all walkable. No car needed.
