There is a doorman and elevator in the building and the apartment is located in the middle of all the nice restaurants, shops and bars that the boulevard, harbour and streets of Marbella have to offer. A small
supermarket is directly around the corner of the building and larger supermarkets are also close by.
The apartment has an indoor balcony with sliding windows, a bedroom with 2 new boxspring beds of 90 x
200 and a new sofa bed of 144 x 200, bathroom with toilet and shower and a compact well equiped
kitchen.
Ideal for 2 or 3 adults or a small family with max 2 children

We offer private transfer from airport from 70€ each way, alternatively, there is the airport bus to marbella
bus station at 7€ each way per person and then a taxi from bus station to Skol Apartments for 8-10€ each
way for up to 4 people.
Bus stop is 300 metres away on the main road, if you come by car we have parking available for 10€ per
night.
Once you get here you can walk everywhere.

Great location and apartment!! A perfect place with everything you need for a long stay or a short vacation. Daniela was great and very responsive, even when I needed help after hours getting into the building. I would definitely stay again.

Hola Daniela y Vincenzo, nuestras maravillosas vacaciones en Marbella se debieron en gran parte a su apartamento. Es espacioso, con mucho espacio para guardar ropa y objetos personales, muy limpio, una cocina práctica con muchos electrodomésticos y artículos básicos, camas muy cómodas, un amplio invernadero con vistas a las palmeras y al mar, una sombrilla y tumbonas luminosas y cómodas para la playa. Una casa muy tranquila y bien cuidada, con conserje y una ubicación excelente para disfrutar de las hermosas playas, el largo paseo marítimo, los numerosos bares, restaurantes, tiendas y el precioso casco antiguo. Fueron unas vacaciones de ensueño, en parte gracias a ustedes. ¡Muy recomendable! ¡Nos vemos pronto!

Voor een ieder die op zoek is naar een mooi schoon en onlangs gerenoveerd appartement is dit de beste keus. Gelegen aan de boulevard en tegenover het strand heb je alles wat je zoekt. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

Kindly accepted my early check in. Good communication. Beach front. Very clean, there's everything you need, and as I stayed for 5 days they provided 2 towels per each of us.
