The apartment

A cozy studio on the 5th floor of the Skol A block — small and snug, set up for two.

Two single beds that push together to make a super-king, plus a comfy double sofa bed in the lounge for flexibility. One bathroom with a bath — rare across the building, and the reason to book this one over the walk-in-shower studios.

Open-plan kitchen, fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning and heating, super-fast fibre WiFi.

The real hero is outside: a large west-facing terrace with afternoon sun, looking straight out over the sea, the pool below, and the tropical gardens. Sunset with the Mediterranean turning gold, the kind of view most 35 m² studios don't get.

Three pools set in the tropical gardens — a shallow kids' pool (40cm), a 140cm pool for playing, and a 2m pool for proper swimming. Sun loungers €3 per day.

Avenida Arias Maldonado 16 — the heart of central Marbella, right on the Paseo Marítimo promenade.

Step out and you're on Fontanilla beach. Marbella Old Town is a 10-minute walk. Family-run tapas bars, chiringuitos and supermarkets all at your doorstep. No car needed — and the dog can do the promenade with you.
